I will say what I told you earlier >.> Military secrets are just that... secrets. Do you really think that the Taliban has the resources or the intelligence to get their hands on the information? They wouldn't even understand it, it is far to complex. It would take them years to understand it to make it work. It's like giving a child a large book on University level chemistry. They wouldn't understand it. I'm sorry but again, that argument if flawed.
Also, if we, the UK, were to go to war with say... the US, or Russia... they would already have that technology, so again that argument is invalid. And I know someone is going to pull the "If that happened then the entire world will be wiped out." I will say this now. I know that fact. The world has been in a situation similar. The Cold War ring a bell? Yes, back then, nuclear weapons were considered 'modern warfare'.
I hope, that with developments like Modern Warfare, the need for things like Religion and the excuse to go to war because of it, will die out so hopefully there will be NO excuses for war. And I hope that the world will grow up and mature to do without the need for war. And then, any technology that does come about can be used in everyday life. I know for certain that the bomb disposal robot, if refined, can be used for things like sending them into houses on fire, etc.
So my answer to your question Serlina... I would rather have the technology... that can't be understood by them. Since it would take years of study and the people who developed it, went to University and got degrees... and then not to mention the years of research that goes into actually making the technology.
