To those who are a little confused by what the titles mean, I will explain below.

Site Manager – Deals with the site side of things, such as; programming, keeping the software up-to-date, adding new features, maintaining both site and server as well as making sure the background is in good standing order has final say over site operations. Provide technical support also.

Forums Manager – Deals with the forums, and somewhat, the content and staff. Makes sure that all sectional admins are achieving targets and assists in all three sections, if no one is online. Can also act as substitute if an admin or mod is away for a period of time, acts as advisor for sectional admins, and any rules that sectional admins make will be passed by the Forum Manager and either accepted or declined.

Security Administrator – Maintains the security of the site, decides the security and actions to take, therein.

Security Consultant – A backup security administrator that works with the security administrator.
Forum Administrator – Deals with the Forum Section and making sure that members keep to the rules of the site. They keep their moderator team organised and deal with any changes within the forum area.

RP Administrator – Deals with the main attraction, the RolePlay section. They organise the RP staff and make sure that members keep to the rules of the site and roleplays. They implement any changes to the roleplay section such as adding a new roleplay or editing an existing one. They also help any members whom are confused or new to the advanced roleplay section.

Gallery Administrator – Polices the Gallery and makes sure that members stick to the rules of the site and the Gallery. Removes any questionable content and implements any changes to the Gallery. Also organises the Gallery moderators.

Forum Moderator – Works for the Forum Administrator, as well as assisting them when needed. Polices the Forum section and makes sure that members keep to the rules of the board.

RP Moderator – Works for the RP Administrator, as well as assisting them when needed. Polices the RP section and makes sure that members keep to the rules of the RP section.

Gallery Moderator - Works for the Gallery Administrator, as well as assisting them when needed. Polices the Gallery and makes sure that members keep to the rules of the Gallery.
